Unwind during a gentle, open-ended session in which I give presence to your experiences, offer personalized music, poetry, literary passages, and prayer, and curiosity to bring you closer to yourself

Spiritual direction is soul care that feels like coming home to yourself. I listen deeply and ask evocative questions to facilitate that soul remembrance. I encourage you to feel into the flow and savor life’s magic moments!

My holistic approach is rooted in Unitarian Universalism’s pluralistic, interfaith orientation. My transpersonal psychosynthesis background integrates your human development with the sacred, and my humanities education in comparative literature and art history selects words and images curated to you.

• You are a religious, spiritual, or creative leader. Whether crafting a sermon, deepening and staying in touch with your own faith, or nimbly managing operations and interpersonal dynamics, I provide a calm, caring, confidential space for the vulnerability of your heart. I served as the right-hand woman for Silicon Valley nonprofit leaders, and am thrilled to bring this experience to those at the helm of congregations, hospitals, or institutions. I know it can be lonely at the top.

• You’re a visionary, seemingly ahead of your time, fueled by dogged devotion to your craft, scholarship, or idea. The drive for excellence runs in your blood.

• You’re a fellow chronic illness warrior. You’ll receive infinite value in meeting with a practitioner who just “gets it.”

• You’re a natural medium. I know all too well the struggle to become and embody the “whole medium,” in the words of my mentor’s mentor. The key is understanding your own soul 🤍

• You’re actively dating. The way to your life partner is a spiritual practice ✨

• You’re a nature empath. We’ll keep nurturing that connection through nature-based practices from my training in Druidry and The Work that Reconnects 🌱

• You’re undergoing an intense spiritual awakening, or processing a near-death experience. What a rollercoaster these can be! I validate and affirm what you’ve seen, sensed, and felt; help you stay grounded and integrated with your humanity; listen to what your soul may be communicating; and connect you with resources to explore. Absolutely integral support I wish I’d had during a very tumultuous time! 

• You love literature. Close reading brings forth so much! Through the contemplative practice lectio divina (divine reading), we’ll study poetry, scripture, prose, passages, even books together and speak about what the language evokes for you. My sweet spot as a CompLit major! 🤓

• And/or you delight in images. Through visio divina (sacred seeing) we’ll examine paintings, sculpture, collage, art, even tarot illustrations.

• You’re new to spirituality, dipping your toe in, open to where the inquiry may lead. I’ve explored many practices and traditions under the sun on my quest to seek spiritual belonging, so am full of resources and ideas, but most importantly, nonjudgmental understanding. My down-to-earth yet whimsical approach keeps your growth accessible, fun, and tailored to you. 

• You’re in the midst of discerning your way through a creative project, life transition, decision, or romance, but can’t quite put your finger on that still, small voice guiding you from within. I listen deeply and ask evocative questions to nudge it forth.

• You identify as a lightworker, but aren’t sure how to best express your gifts. The world needs them, I promise! I help you shine ⭐️
