I am a Unitarian Universalist spiritual director. I love helping people befriend their souls and shine their light in the world ✨ I also adore celebrations!

A number of life's twists and turns led me to this vocation, including profound grief following my father's premature death in my early twenties, a life-changing medical odyssey in my early thirties, a spontaneous spiritual awakening upon my 33rd birthday, and the anguishing loss of a lifelong dream in my mid-thirties.

My ministry centers the movement of the sacred, holy, and divine within and around you. I believe we are each born with a unique soul blueprint that we are here on Earth to learn how to decipher and fully express. For some it’s encoded with an individual destiny; for others it’s an epigenetic experience that actively unfolds. It's a privilege to peek into your inner world and serve your soul.

I am an animist to my core and derive great comfort from spiritual practices connected to my ancestral U.K. heritage (tarot, evidential mediumship, freemasonry, and Druidry).

I was previously a science writer with an academic background in oceanography, ecology and evolutionary biology, comparative literature, and art history.
