• You’ve cared for a terminally ill parent as a young adult, and are intimately familiar with death well before your peers. I’m acutely aware of the utter absurdity!

• You’ve endured the agonizing loss of a dream. Oftentimes our loved ones and peers, though well-meaning, simply can’t fathom the depth of this despair. With me you’ll feel seen and heard through this classic disenfranchised grief. (It’s a true honor to carry on this space inspired by a dear mentor who held it for me ❤️)

• You’re navigating family estrangement. Our immediate family may not necessarily be our soul family. I’ve got you along this painful, isolating path to tend your soul and embrace your intrinsic value. Cycle breakers unite 💪

• You’ve survived betrayal. Whether your life was upended through infidelity, Machiavellian colleagues, or family who were supposed to have your back, I help you feel your way forward in the aftermath and reclaim your sense of self-worth.
